Plane-crashed, 3 delightful characters find their way on to a desolate island. A drug-dealer from London, an open-minded, beautiful young girl and her paranoid mother with whom their relationship is strained. A journey of hardships, survival and love.

What separates this book from other survival novels is the authors dry sense of humour, philosophical beliefs & a level of conspiracy even the reader is left questioning.

A perfect compliment for anyone seeking adventure!

"Excellent" In Waterwings; Mike has written one of those truly excellent books that stay on your mind long after the last page has been turned. There is so much to say about this book, as it contains so many things; adventure, passion, drama, love, death, secret plots, and much more. The characters are colourful and enticingly diverse. The whole idea is excellent, but it is also put together with some amazing writing, and some of the best scenes I have ever read. The "must-buy" book to start your year, just don't read it on a plane!
