Thank goodness for this book! It was written for people like me with a short attention span and a hectic life. The book showed me how to zoom in and focus on my true goals, discarding the clutter. I found the 30 minute exercise a practical guide to finding what I want and how to get there. It's like following bread crumbs I didn't know I'd dropped. If clarity in your life is what you're looking for, you can't go wrong applying "the process."
