Nutrition continues to evolve and Dr. Wilson has the latest insights in how the body processes food and why most diets are wrong and most nutrition experts don't know what they are talking about. I especially learned that fructose is the same as alcohol and has to be processed by the liver. Fructose is processed at the same slow speed as alcohol and the excess goes to fat. Carbs and glucose is good, fructose is bad. Very interesting. Also. It's important to slow down the carbohydrate absorption with lots of vegetables. Very good book with the latest in guidance.
