Title: WHY DO I BELIEVE IN ISLAM
Author: Mohammad Shafi

The author was born to Muslim parents. As he grew up, questions about the beliefs in the Unseen that the Religion of Islam advocates, rose in his mind. Questions about God, angels, hell, paradise et al. Doubts about them bothered him. But, at the same time, questions about the real purpose of his life on earth also bothered him. Was he just like other animals - those that live on this earth for a limited period, and then die and become indistinguishable with the unknown? What is the purpose then of his being endowed by Nature with undoubtedly a much higher level of... More > intellect?

Such questions compelled him to think deeper. And he recorded his thoughts. And the result is the book under review . The author has marshalled his thoughts therein in a logical manner to provide answers to questions that arise in a reader's mind from time to time as he/she goes through the book .

The book had earlier been published on the Net. And thanks to lulu.com and their print-on-order capability, it has been possible for the author to get his work published in print now.

The author is a student of the Qur'aan and has been publishing his on-going Qur'aanic Studies on his website islam-n-interest.com. He has three other books published in print.
