I wanted a cookbook to impress my mother-in-law on her week long stay, and I am not a fabulous cook. So I bought this book and tried out the "johnny cake", the bacon knots (from the last review), the lime cheesecake (wow), and several others and I kept my cool. Well, the woman thinks I'm an outstanding cook. Thanks Alan!

"YUMMY" Buy this book!!!! You won't be disappointed! Alan's Bed and Breakfast is a true delight! He pampers you with flowers and cookies in your room at night and with the most AWESOME, HUGE breakfast! We stayed there for business in Detroit for at least 8 times or more. We loved his wonderful breakfasts and finally called and begged for a recipe for the stuffed french toast and bacon knots. They are delicious!!!! Buy this book for yourself and then again for family and friends! You will love this book!
