"Terrific Ministry Help" This is a terrific resource for women seeking to mentor other women, especially when they have no idea what they're doing! The beginning of the book talks about the importance of faith-building relationships, while the remainder of the book is a series of worksheets/study guides on a wide variety of topics important to women. These topics cover more "theoretical" spiritual topics such as identifying with Christ, as well as more "practical" not-usually-equated-with-spirituality topics such as getting organized. While you will likely NOT want to use ONLY this book while mentoring a younger woman (and the author does not suggest such a thing), it provides a helpful starting point and framework. Just looking over the list of topics the book covers will help you figure out how to go about this. You Are Your Sister's Keeper is theologically sound, from a conservative evangelical (protestant) perspective, and encourages truly Biblical womanhood.
