You are as strong as your competition. A life of panic and anxiety is a potent competition. If you have considerable success it enables you to face many of life’s challenges. It is the understanding that strength lies in the ability to overcome obstacles that prohibit people from living a full and satisfying life. Many think that the obstacles are insurmountable and live marginal lives. This account was written to give hope to those individuals. Knowledge is power.
Here is a candid account of a life of failure, triumph, cowardice, heroics and adventure but never dull. It includes: 40 years of panic attacks, a dramatic cure, 40 years of psychotherapy, a year in bed, 32 jobs, Bachelor degree from Franklin and Marshall College and Master Degree from St. Francis University, 25 years as an Asst. Professor, 12 years as high level executive, 8 years as a YMCA membership/program director, a paint contractor, auto sales, insurance sales, real estate sales, apprentice machinist, accounting clerk, elevator operator, desk clerk, and construction worker
All of his experiences were punctuated by constant panic attacks and anticipatory anxiety. Since the cure he has traveled to New York, London and Paris without any attacks. Occurrences of panic attacks miraculously disappeared in most situations.
