Phone Support Phone Support When you purchase a package with phone support, a Lulu specialist will be assigned to your project to work with you via phone and email. Enjoy the benefit of having access to a representative dedicated to your publication. Receive up to 6 calls with the purchase of the 7-Star Pack, 5 calls with the purchase of the 5-Star Pack and 4 calls with the purchase of the 3-Star Pack.
Email Support Email Support As a publishing pack customer you will have a dedicated team working on your manuscript and communicating with the teams doing the creative work and you. The staff will update you and answer questions you may have via email.
ISBN ISBN An ISBN (International Standard Book Number) will be assigned to your book and your title will be listed with Bowker and Nielsen, the world’s largest bibliographic databases. Your ISBN listing will note Lulu.com as the publisher. Not all books qualify, some restrictions may apply.
Amazon and Retail Availability Amazon and Retail Availability Lulu’s globalREACH service lists your title in major bibliographic databases and makes your title available to online retailers worldwide such as Amazon.com and Barnes&Noble.com. Brick and mortar book-stores will also be able to order your title if requested by a customer. Please check the help tab for eligible book sizes for distribution.
Sample Copies Sample Copies (Paperback & Hardcover) After publishing and once you approve the work, we will send you complimentary copies (1 paperback & 1 hardcover) of your finished book for you to review and enjoy.
eBook Option eBook Option As a Lulu author you have the option of making your book available in an electronic version to make sure your audience can enjoy your work wherever they are.

Premium Covers Premium Covers Our designers will create a few one-piece covers design options for you, and then move forward to make a final cover PDF using the design of your choice. The final cover will incorporate your title, sub-title, author name, ISBN barcode, spine, and royalty-free images to suit your book, as well as images, text, and any suggestions that you submit. The cover they create will be used for your paperback and hardcover books.
Editor's Analysis Editor's Analysis Our professional editors will review your manuscript and recommend the appropriate full copy edit level, if any, for your book. You'll receive a thorough diagnostic form, as well as a 5-8 page sample edit of your manuscript and a full edit price quote, if applicable.
Editing Editing Our expert editors will review your manuscripts and make the corrections for you. Enjoy ease of mind as you will not have any additional charges no matter the level of editing your book requires. *Our editors will review your manuscript and if needed suggest a level of copy edit.
