In this discourse we will not attempt to make you believe the Bible. We are assuming that you have that basic belief. From there we will try to help you see what God wants you to do as He outlines it in His Word. We want to open up to your eyes what has been secreted away in the Bible for centuries, just waiting to be revealed, not to the masses – they don’t use their wonderful God-given brains to dig into such matters – but to the sincere individual who cares about what God wants him or her to do.
So if you are that “sincere individual,” we ask you to read this discussion with an open mind and a prayerful heart. Give God a chance to show you what He wants you to do. Just this one time let Him lead you without your trying to make excuses for the things you don’t want to believe or don’t want to do. Believe in Jesus Christ and give up to Him totally.
