In the future, there are horrors only werewolves can face.
In Hounds of G.O.D. the players take the role of human-wolf experiments known as Hounds. Bound to serve the United Earth Corporation and their handler for life, they are forced to face the abominations of science gone mad, survive the hostile environments of far off worlds, and even kill off their own kind. Everyday is a struggle with difficult choices and the beast within.
Will you toe the line and be a dutiful servant? Or will you bite the hand that feeds, slip the leash, and become a Stray?

In the future, there are horrors only werewolves can face... This is the tagline for the rules light role playing game known as Hounds of G.O.D by Adam J. Weber Games. The rulebook is only 40 pages but packed with enough material to whet your whistle, since it not only lays down the foundation but also a whole universe of possibilities for a GM to make this game his own. In Hounds of G.O.D players create a genetically modified human whose DNA have been spliced with that of a wolf that makes up part of a "dirty tricks" cell team. Lead by a Genome Operative Director (this is where the G.O.D comes in). The G.O.D is the one to pick and choose the missions and hands them to the team and they go to it. It's simple, it's straight forward and it could lead to a night (or two) of sure pure gothic western sci-fi fun. All you need is a pencil, a handful of ten sided dice and a character sheet and then you within ten minutes of character generation your character is ready to play.... More > Hounds of G.O.D gaming mechanic is called the 10x10 system, a very nice set up since it deterines your 10 sided dice pool and the 1-10 Target Number you need to succeed. The Attributes determine your dice pool, The skills determined the target number or less you need for a success. If you are tired of lugging around dozens of core rulebooks or your laptop all over the place just to game... why not pick up this little gem of a game and give it a whirl. I promise you won't be sorry.< Less
