The Adventures of Florence Harrison

ByAfiya Harmachis

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The Adventures of Florence Harrison is about an adventurous little girl from New Haven (England) named Florence Emily Harrison who drifts off into her own imagination and one day ends up in a world called Fern Blossom where she is completely lost and unfamiliar. In this new world Florence is desperate to find her home and no one can seem to tell her exactly where that is. She cannot believe her eyes as she encounters several speaking animals, including a mouse that has lost its cheese, the regal rulers of the new land, a hen and a stork named Sir and Madam Cluckenshire, that cannot seem to see past themselves to even converse with her, a jumbling rabbit that is more interested in rhyming and singing than helping her, an owl that is only good for referrals, a lizard that tries to get her to follow it through a water duct back to her home, but does not realize she is too big to do so, a beaver that is too busy building its dam to talk, and a pink fairy with a dark secret.
