Jon Cox only has one leg. Matt Black is a musician and comedian. Both are ex-alcoholics and on a whim, they decided to cycle from John O'Groats to Land's End for charity.
Neither was terribly fit. Cycling simply meant a quick mile or two to their local cafe. To add to the challenge, Matt also decided to take his piano with him.
Allowing 21 days for their journey, Matt played gigs each night along the route, helping to raise funds for their chosen charity, Wings4Warriors.
Three legs, Two Bikes, One Piano is a personal and physical journey for our two heroes. It's full of humour, candour and philosophical insights - and for each sale made, a proportion of the proceeds goes to the charitable cause.
Dorset-based writer and broadcaster Alan Dorey brings all the various strands together into this highly readable and enjoyable book.
