Very disappointed with Lulu and recommend not using them. The software I had could not download the book, so I used my Dad's computer, but now I cannot print it, so can only see it, if I go to his home. Was looking to carry this with me as a helper. When I called Lulu, they basically said "not their problem." And, I paid $15. Thankfully we treat our guests better at Disney.
