[E-book] Letters to my Daughter is a heart-touching series of letters written by a Christian psychologist to his 16-year-old daughter. The message becomes bold, direct and crystal clear when addressing serious issues, such as premarital sex, AIDS and the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Recognizing and avoiding unhealthy relationships and developing healthy relationships are emphasized. These letters deliver what most parents want to say, but rarely do. It’s a great read for teenage girls and a must read for parents.

This is my fathers book that he wrote to me when I was sixteen years old. He passed away when I was eighteen. I look back on this book constantly and will more than likely do that for the rest of my life. If you are looking for some advice about what to do with your life, I would pick this one. My father struggled with ALS for five years and throughout those years he couldn't really give me guidance. I feel this is a good read for parents and young adults to help you guide your way. I feel like a piece of him is with everyone who reads this, so thank you. With all my love, Cara The daughter
