Although Towers of Krshal has no ready-to-run material, and is more of a parts bin than a toolkit, there are lots of juicy bits of inspiration in this little booklet. I recommend Krshal for three reasons: it's inexpensive (only $3.50 for the PDF), the list items offer tons of creative kickstarters, and it succeeds as a formal experiment by making you want to try the form (a series of lists) for a setting of your own.
Much more idiosyncratic and narrowly-useful than the brief description left me expecting, but not communicating as much of an artistic vision or sense of cool as, say, the Vornheim it seems to be trying tobe. Also a bit sparse, and with a few copy-editing errors.
