The relationship between poetry and the imagination goes beyond individual writer and creation. The definition of a language and therefore of a culture is blown this way and that way by the whispers between poet and poetry.

My only complaint is that I would like to have seen a greater cross-sampling of poetry and other art. That said, the material presented was fascinating, insightful, and transformed the stingy, dusty, old traditional perspectives on poetry into a fresh, new, and original discussion. I haven't written anything for a while now but this has inspired me to begin again!
