A warped, darkly humourous and deeply disturbed tale of a future of magic, technology and discrimination, written by a young British author. This is the second edition, which has also been re-worded in parts to add clarity, and it has now got some new sections, including About the Author, and All the things I've always wanted to say... "Hilariously Brilliant..." From beginning to end I loved this book, with its interesting, eccentric characters and far flung quest amidst imaginative, fabulously creative worlds. It is crammed with action from the start and keeps a fast pace from page to page until sadly, it ends. I loved Jack's dry humour and attitude, and absolutely adored Antoinette. While its intriguing explanations of current myths and illusions are particularly well done. Wonderful in every sense. I'm certainly a fan and look forward to more... ""A fun and thrilling romp through time with quirky characters" is 70689AD" There is no other option than to buy 70689AD. It is clever, deep, and full of surprises. The depth of character development is amazing, as you get to know the characters as if they were your closest friends, and the plot is a fun one, where there is a sense of danger at all times that keeps your attention. The cast of characters is vivid and engaging. BUY IT NOW!

"A Good Read!" I have to say this has to be some of the best, most original stuff I've read in quite a while. There's so many different elements at play in this - werewolves, angels, vampires, immortals, robots, aliens, unicorns the list goes on and on. Amazingly it all fits together wonderfully and we are swept into the story from the first page. Some works become cumbersome and predictable after the first scene. I'm glad to say that this is not the case here. I actually found it fun to try and figure out where things were going and happy when I couldn't. This is a great book and I highly recommend it.
