Adventure with Dreams: Adventure through Life

In a span of six months, Katrina’s world has crashed around her; she’s lost her father, her mother, and her younger sister, Sophie. There is a ray of hope when Katrina is adopted by a middle-aged couple, and she attends a new elementary school. It’s at the new school where Katrina meets her best friend Nancy. They discover they have something in common and share a special bond: both of them are orphans, and they have been adopted by loving families. The two are able to share their feelings with each other, and they become a real team. Finding courage and determination, both learn to go on after losing the special people in their lives. Adventures with Dreams shares the fictional story of Katrina and Nancy and how they beat the odds, approached the world positively, and became accomplished in life. It shares an example of how a person can bloom into a beautiful butterfly, even in the face of tragedy and unfavorable circumstances.
