"read one of the stories online" Algernon Blackwood is the secondmost important horror writer in the genre, and this is one of those writers I've been discovering recently. It is a matter of time before you get some of his work in your collection. Especially if you own H.P. Lovecraft's work. He's a genuis in the genre of horror and from reading Dr. Silence, Psychic Detective, one can tell right away that Blackwood is one of the most enduring horror writers in the genre. This man is to the U.K. what Lovecraft is to the United States.
