Several centuries past, a shadowy sect sought to enslave the world in the name of their dark lord, Baalzebul, one of the arch devils of Hell. They carved out a massive subterranean temple. The clerics of Tyr were eventually able to raid the temple before their ambitions could be fully realized. Cut to the present: A company of clerics calling themselves the Order of the Black Lotus have journeyed to the evil fane with the intent of reviving the forgotten cult of Baalzebul. It is up to you to see that they don't fully unite with the undead servants of Baalzebul, unleashing the arch devil's horde upon an unsuspecting world.
This product is designed for 4-6 player characters of levels 13-15, and contains a detailed key and maps to the sprawling three level underground Temple of Baalzebul. Also includes a new spell, a new monster, and rules for the worship of the arch devil Baalzebul.

Very solid high level old school adventure. To be honest, my main reason for purchasing it was it's cheap for its size (many OSR modules are $10 or more for 16-32 pages) and I wanted a high level adventure. While the page count is somewhat artificially inflated because of the huge font that used (which is also hard to read at first, takes some getting used to) it's also simply a very well done adventure, if perhaps a bit on the easy side for the levels indicated. It really depends on how many characters. I had 7, this is apparently meant for just 4. Only real nitpick is that some of the hit point totals for enemy Cleric NPCs were way too high. Theoretically possible, but only if they had rolled an 8 every single time they leveled up. And even then, it seemed like a couple had even more than that.
