As an author and retired Middle School Language Arts teacher, I'm always reading books. As a substitute teacher I'm always looking for books to recommend to the students. So its no surprise that I should read 'United Seventh Grade' by Alyssa Raffaele. Fast paced and comical, this book will hold even the reluctant reader. Once you begin this book your immediately transferred into the minds of the characters on the pages. Students especially can really relate and may even find themselves within the pages of this enjoyable story. Kuddos to Ms. Raffaele on bringing middles school students to life!!
