What do we mean when we call something beautiful? Are there common characteristics between these things we deem to be beautiful? Is there a rational argument that can be made for beauty? What is beauty and why do we long for it?
"What is Beauty?" is a collection of postcards exploring the meaning, implication, and value of beauty. The exhibit was curated by Amanda Benton, and displayed at The University of the Arts in the Fall of 2009 and has now been made into book form.
