Therapeutic Philosophy For The Individual And The State
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Therapeutic philosophy has been with us since the times of the olden.
As such, this book includes the ideas of Plato, Aristotle, Machiavelli, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau, Hume, Burke, Hegel, Bentham, Mill, Marx, and other philosophers in contemporary therapies. The logic expressed by these and other philosophers can only assist in the understanding of human behaviour and in cases where necessary, the way in which philosophy can contribute to the treatment of the individual.
Put in an alternative way. A person carries his/her own philosophical ideals and talks of his/her own beliefs, rights, religion, norms, and political philosophy. Further on, an individual (therapist, patient or client and reader) may follow the teachings of any one or more of the great philosophers.
