    I have found this book easy to follow and understand. The exercises are simple and can be done at home, not taking up to much of your time which is great. It helps you progress week by week and helps you calculate your achivements. If you have a goal you want to reach this is ideal as you can monitor how far you have to go to until your goal is achieved. Would deffinetly recommend.
