    "Track It!" Purchasing this book was the best thing that I could had done! I am always trying to write down what I eat each day and I wanted something neat and simple. Something to keep track of my daily meals. Not only can I track my daily meals, now I can keep a record of my BP. Now that I am aware of my daily meals, I can also see a change in my blood pressure.
