    I have just started this book and am incorporating it with the devotional that Ann has written. It pretty much takes it one step at a time to help make healthy choices. Chalked full of information about food switches that one puts into their lifestyle that you can take at your own pace. Has some yummy menu planning recipes, and helps with challenges to your health including mental, nutritional and spiritual and also covers supplements and how they work for your body. So far, it has been very easy to follow and Im excited about using this to help me get on track to better health, not just to lose weight, but also, as a guide to take better care of myself. Full of wonderful bite sized step that can make life so much easier and your body healthier! Life changing is all I can say!

    This book is so rich with information it will take several reads to get all the information stocked inside! A great value for the price!When I started my 7 week journey it was instrumental in keeping me on track towards my weight loss goals. As I continued to change my habits and incorporate new lifestyle choices, it's detailed suggestions and ideas were so helpful. The book is able to encourage one to try new things as well as enable one to go at their own pace and do what works for them. I especially enjoy the sample menus and food combinations. They help me choose healthy options that are within the calorie intake I am aiming for and are all laid out so I don't have to spend as much time planning meals and things. I can mix and match the menu based on what I have in stock or my favorite tastes. The recipes included are so yummy too that I chose to have the same things for dinner and lunch for many weeks before I switched to other items! This book helps you in all the areas that...
