What a wonderful resource and practical tool to use in therapy sessions with children. Not only does it help children understand the concept of mindfullness, but it also helps their parents understand it and talk to them about it so the learning can continue in the home environment. I would recommend it for both therapists and parents. Lori Duffy, LICSW

I have now had the opportunity to use this book with two young clients who struggle with anxiety in different ways. The rhyming structure puts the concepts of mindfulness into a format they can understand. Having a book to look at and read together also puts some of the things they are experiencing in concrete terms they can use as a starting point for talking about their own feelings. The pictures are bright and colorful and add to the engaging format. I highly recommend it! Alana DiMario, LMHC

This book is extremely well written in a poem which will keep children's attention. The concept of Mindfullness is explained in a manner that children will be able to actively implement in the moment of an overactive, anxious or stressed mind. This book would be an invaluable tool for any clinician working with children. Megan Fuse LICSW
