"Madness, Mania & Miracles " Madness, Mania and Miracles is the most positive statement I have ever heard regarding the real potential for recovery from depression. Most everything else I have read on the subject addresses management of the disorder at most, and typically advocates medication. I love that Anna gives us an alternative. Bi-polar disorder has affected my life through family members and the resources being offered here give me lots of hope. Taking personal responsibility for one's mental health is a big step forward, no one is a victim unless they choose to be. With the potential for ongoing support, those in the midst of a depressive episode will know that there is help available, and reach out for it. – Sherry Scott
"Madness Mania and Miracles" What a heartwrenching, thought provoking, timeless story about hope and healing for those who are suffering or know someone who is suffering from mental "illness". Not only does Anna help the reader to understand the magnitude of the journey to wellness from depression but she also makes clear the incredible blessings and beauty that can only come from a personal journey that forces one to go that deep into their soul. What a triumph for her and what a gift for all of us. Her path to recovery was very personal and yet universal at its core. I highly recommend this book.
