    I'm so glad I ordered this ebook! I was diagnosed with PCOS nearly 15 years ago (I'm 40 now) and have never been given the information that I received in this book. I've certainly learnt more in a day reading this book than I have in the last 15 years about the diet and lifestyle changes that could benefit me and hopefully reduce my symptoms. I can't wait to get started, and hopefully see a new 'me'. Thank you so much Annabel!

    As quite a young sufferer of PCOS I have found this book very helpful in understanding what PCOS and Low GI foods is all about. I moved to University the week after I was diagnosed with PCOS and have searched the internet and read as many books as I could since then to get my head around the lifestyle changes I needed to make. None of the other materials I read spoke clear enough for me to understand until I came across 'Pcos-friendly-The Ultimate Do's and Dont's'. Since reading this book I have been able to put into place the changes I needed to make whilst living away from home with ease.

    This is a really great ebook for anyone wanting to know more about PCOS and how best to manage symptoms by making lifestyle changes. It's clear, easy to read and informative with handy snack and meal ideas - would definitely recommend.
