Description: THE SHIFT WORKER. Poetry that is about life, working mans poetry, some about love and some that are humorous, serious or just plain irreverent. Written in traditional rhyming style, each one is a short story in itself. A mixed bag of goodies and I hope enjoyable.
Suitable for older children, teens & adults.

"The Shift Worker (Volume Two)" Walking through life without poetry is like not walking through life at all. The Shift Worker is a wonderful poerty book that can capture the emotions of millions. The author of this amazing book has proved that poetry is a part of everyday life. Our love, sadness, hopes, and dreams are captured by the words in The Shift Walker Volume Two).
"You are simply marvelous by Winona Rasheed " What a work of art! Your poems will bring a smile to everyone who reads them. This is another "good read" especially for poetry lovers. Excellent!
"I LIKE THE SIMPLICITY, THE RHYTHM, & THE FLOW of this fine book!" Simpler always says it best - if you ask me - and this book of poetry that any ordinary person can enjoy, contenplate, and laugh to - is a fine examble of that! What good is writing poetry that we need a dictionary and and encyclopedia to understand! These pieces are easy to understand and DELIGHTFUL to read - and just what The Doctor ordered if you ask me to relieve your stress and strife of a hard day at work! A fine book to read a few pieces of with a beer or a glass of wine before settling down for supper or a cozy nights sleep! GOOD LUCK with it - as always! I especially enjoyed the humourous pieces - the one about heaven - the ending was perfect (LOL) and the one about the shepards sock - to mention only two. Peace & Love! Earl.
"quite enjoyable..." Like the mix of humor and rhyme, it might be light verse but too much heavy verse sinks people to the bottom... this poetry is just the thing to read on any given day, it's right at any time. Good luck! Andy
"Intersting mixture " of humour and heartbreak. It's a combination of both of these, bringing to mind lost youth, lost loves, and humour to temper the heartbreak. A wonderful mixture of poems for both young and old alike.
