This pamphlet is about one thing: a solution to our failed two-party electoral system. Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address invoked a vision of “government of the people, by the people, for the people.” Our present two-party system has moved us far from this ideal to government of the party, by the party, and for the party. What we need today is a Third Party that truly represents the people - a party based on issues and ideas not party politics. It is about a new kind of political party, one that will get people excited about participating in the political process because their ideas - Left, Right, or Center - will have force in shaping their government.
