I just finished reading Ant's enlightening and humorous book and I highly recommend it -- whether you have a small willie yourself, do not have a small willie, or know someone who does (you do, whether you know it or not). I can relate to a lot of what Ant writes because I competed (twice) in the Smallest Penis in Brooklyn pageant, under the name "Rip van Dinkle." So I'm aware of the shame, ridicule, and societal downside to having a puny pecker. I also realize, as Ant so humorously points out, that having a wee one need not be the end of the world. In fact, as I learned during and after the penis pageants, many women actually prefer it!

Full disclosure. I am married to Ant Smith, the author of The Small Penis Bible. I even drew the cartoons. I’m proud of Ant and the book and I hope this review explains why. Ant has condensed 50 years of living with a small penis into 140 honest, funny and informative pages. He has successfully confronted the stigma and debunked many myths about penis size to produce a comprehensive manual. It’s clearly Ant’s hope that The Small Penis Bible will improve lives by providing all readers with the tools to help them honestly but non-judgmentally explore and communicate their attitudes and needs. Ant begins by looking at how society defines a small penis and how misleading and damaging that can be. He explores attitudes to penis size and the extreme, unnecessary and expensive methods out there that claim to ‘cure’ this ‘problem’. While having a small penis may have a psychological impact, if it is fully functioning any action to physically alter it should not be entered into lightly, if at... More > all. The clear message is that self-acceptance will be much more beneficial than lining a cosmetic surgeon or snake-oil salesman’s pockets. Ant draws on his own history in a refreshingly matter-of-fact way. Yes, he has experienced shame and rejection but he doesn’t do tragedy porn and is good-humoured and philosophical about his past. The depth of research in The Small Penis Bible is impressive. Ant has done the reading so you don’t have to and must have answered every possible question about penis size. However, he doesn’t try to be an authority on areas where he has little or no direct experience such as homosexuality or less conventional sexual expression. He recognizes these areas but freely admits to his limited knowledge. Penis size as a tool for body shaming is quite insidious and Ant doesn’t shy away from taking the world to task on this. As a man with a small cock but a beautiful, compassionate personality, Ant deeply resents being compared to Hitler or Trump and rightly condemns lazy stereotyping. I do find Ant’s references to me, his wife, a bit mawkish and awkward. I’m no saint; I’m more of a Goldicocks and having found that Ant’s willy fitted me just right, I’ve never thought his size an issue. It was a surprise when he first brought up his anxiety some 15 years into our relationship. Saying that, I have enjoyed working with him to bring this difficult taboo subject to a wider audience. It’s a valuable book and the drawings alone are worth five stars!< Less
