One of the best RPG products I have purchased in a long time. Fascinating, mysterious, and extremely well written and organized. I enjoyed every aspect of it, even though I am sure, if I get the chance to spring this on my players, I will not be using the rooms/wilds as written. These I plan to alter to better fit my campaign world. Buy this today, I cannot recommend it enough! EDIT: After re-reading the entries for the guest rooms, I am definitely using them! Too much potential there not to!

I did an in depth review of it here: The tldr: if an inter-planar sandbox with competing companies of rival adventurers set against the backdrop of a gothic mystery sounds neat to you, then you should definitely buy this. It's the kind of idiosyncratic, imaginative, product of love that only people with mad talents in a niche gaming community like ours can make. I think it's neat. For play with 1E AD&D or other old school games.

The Night Wolf Inn - the Tardis meets the Twilight Zone, but with an AD&D slant! Well written, creative and engaging. The Night Wolf Inn is a sort of setting tool that can be plopped anywhere in your current campaign; or it could be the hub from which a new campaign grows. Either way, I suspect players will be inexorably drawn back to the Inn again and again. To get the best out of this product requires some read in time. The Night Wolf Inn is almost a mini-setting confined into a (rather large) Inn. It has a mood. From a quick skim you pick up the mood. However, the nuances come out when it is read properly. Buy the hard copy, read it, read it again. To nitpick, I would have liked the inner margins of the hard copy to have been wider (probably a legacy from the .PDF file)

Honestly, this is one of the best pieces of RPG gear I have picked up in a very long time. The idea of a sentient house or inn isn't new, but Huso has mixed in some very creative and fantastic bits and pieces. I've already started adapting an aspect of this to my campaign world and expect it to play a very integral part in the coming sessions and long into the future. If you pass this over, you are doing yourself and your players a disservice. Don't be that GM.

The more of this I read the more the better it gets. I will be plunking this into my campaign world and expect it to be a hub of activity for years to come. The Night Wolf Inn just oozes utility as the multi-dimensional hub for any RPG system.
