Laurel & Hardy's Advertising Antics is a unique collection, with over 500 illustrations of Stan and Ollie in advertising and other forms of promotion and publicity. The foreword has been written by Roger Robinson, and the appendix contains a list of known TV adverts in which Stan and Ollie or look-alikes appear.

This is a must have for all fans of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. I've spent days delving through this book, pouring over each chapter, learning about how far reaching the worldwide love for The Boys goes. With hundreds of rare photographs from all corners of the globe, there is hidden information in these pages that span several decades of advertising. It's one of the least known yet most interesting aspects of Stan and Babe's career. Forgotten no more, Joanne and Antony weave a meticulous thread and shed much needed light on the continued popularity Laurel and Hardy had and continue to have. This is truly a missing piece to the Laurel and Hardy Puzzle.
