I did used this book to help writing my letters as they were busy in their daily work. They were happy with the content and signed after few modifications. I matched to a good program. I felt the faculty during my interviews were confident about my skills, am not sure if this because the way the book was written or some thing else in my CV, but anyway this book is good and for sure will recommend it to people to use it so they get more interviews.

Am following the guidelines for writing letters for my students. I feel this year the overall number of interviews they got so far is more than their peers last year. I will recommend this booklet to my colleagues in the department. Less calls I got too this year as opposed to previous years from directors for clarifications. I think these guidelines are very important if you writing for foreign graduates.
