"The Alphabet Music of Arik Marshall" Spiraling, cascading, dipping, rising, harmonic and hypnotizing words, Arik's Alphabet Music is a beautiful thing to read and experience! It's like an intimate conversation, an honest look at life in it's many facets: music, people, love, relationships; It's a discussion about what's 'real' and is inspired by what's 'really real'. Some poems made me laugh out loud and some left me feeling so moved and I enjoyed every single word!!! We need more B.A.D. Words in this world!!! : )

"B.A.D WORDS the alphabet music of Ah'reek Marshall" This book is downright sexy! Arik's talent never ceases to amaze me. "B.A.D. WORDS" is filled with so much raw emotion; Often, I found myself laughing out loud, or trying to hold back my tears. I truly felt his loneliness and isolation in some of his poems, which took a lot of courage to share. How fortunate we are to have such a talent among us. ...waiting for the sequel.

"BAD WORDS!" Ahreek, like The Tree in his poem of the same name, is a force of nature standing up against all that makes the world trivial and spiritless, a guardian of soul. And if you think this sounds a bit heavy, he makes you laugh out loud while he's doing it!

"Ahreek Marshall's 'B.A.D WORDS' book" Yes!!! This collection of poems & short stories was AWESOME!!! Beautiful, soulful, imaginative,inspiring,profound,enlightening,humorous...I could go on and on! This is the work of a truly unique and gifted talent! I had no idea who he was but I am SO glad I took a chance! What a fabulously enjoyable and feel good read!

"B.A.D Words by Ahreek Marshall" In a politically correct world it is amazingly refreshing to discover a "voice" who is willing to tell it like it is with unwavering conviction. This collection of poetry is imbued with a rare honesty that runs the gamut of topics/human emotions. The Alphabet Music of Ahreek Marshall is a true gem. An incredibly revealing read!!!
