There are numerous errors in this book. Example page 128 is a duplicate of page 120. Content for page 128 is missing. Page 180 is a duplicate of page 195. Content for page 180 is missing. There may be more errors. A proper proof read reprint should be done and provided to all holders of the defective publication.
