Professional Codes of Ethics

This course was previously approved by OASAS for educational hours. Approval has not been renewed by the author and the content has not been updated since 2015. This e-book will provide the New York State addiction professional with a succinct explanation of professional codes ethics. Topics include: Canons of Ethics for CASACs, CPPs, and CPSs, transference, counter-transference, the unique nature of the professional-client relationship, filing an ethics complaint, OASAS Counselor Wellness Guidelines and Counselor Assistance Program.
