Maybe Something

The day started like any other for Frank Broadbent. Trouble in the bathroom, inadvertently upsetting his daughter and stuck in traffic on his way to a job he disliked intently. This was the tiny, insignificant corner of life Frank had painted himself into. That was until a tall dark stranger entered his life. The tall, dark stranger turned out to not be human. Frank quickly finds out, to his astonishment, that this stranger is in fact a bioengineered drone from the M51 spiral galaxy, sent here to document the planet earth. The stranger has adopted the rather quirky nom de guerre Destry. Frank also finds out, to his terror, that the human race is scheduled for termination in less than 2 days to let the plants have a go at world domination for a while. Maybe Something??!!
