"Who would have thought!" I got this book as a gift and I love it! Who would have thought that horse poop could be so interesting (and funny). Has lots of trivia I'd never heard of (did you know you can actually cook a ham in a pile of horse poop? Not that I ever would or anything ...) and lots of fun suggestions for using horse manure or making the whole unpleasant stall cleaning process a little more interesting. This book is a great gift for anyone who has to clean up after their own horses.
