Helen's Dilemma

Helen is not happy being a slayer. Things ain’t what they used to be. Now she has to share the honour with loads of other girls just like her, so she doesn’t feel particularly special. In any case, the town of Sleepy Down has no vampires so that means no work for her, doesn’t it? Enter Ivan a Russian vampire, on the run from a slayer who was too good for him. Maybe he’ll try his luck here. Surely Sleepy Down will be true to its name and not have another waiting in the wings. Inept though Ivan maybe, Helen doesn’t pose much of a threat to him. She’s not the true, brave and fearless slayer she knows she ought to be. As Ivan’s pack of vampires threatens to go nuclear Helen turns to the only allies she can find, and they happen to be more vampires!
