“Working the Diagonals” is a book for leaders about the synchronization of tangible and intangible qualities of successful organizational leadership.
The reference to diagonals is used to illustrate relationships that don’t necessarily fit neatly into traditional organizational structure. In order to accomplish this, “Working the Diagonals” will focus on a fundamental organizational framework and core tenets within the organizational culture I consider vital for success.
