Bill Allen is a Texan by birth, a Christian by re-birth, and an Arkansan by choice. Bill spent most of his growing-up time in Sulphur Springs, Texas. He now resides in El Dorado, Arkansas, and is a consultant for Bill Allen Auction & Realty, Inc.
