After a stint in College he becomes a Military Police Training Sergeant in Inchon, Korea, prior to starting a 40 year career with Xerox, Kodak, and other Manufacturers. The memories include life and death experiences, surviving downsizing, and outsourcing America's manufacturing. And finally, Joe gets a second chance at happiness, marriage, and a new family. Although unique, you'll definitely relate.

"Influences & Incentives" Many readers will enjoy reliving their childhood, teenage years, and working life along with the author. Recalling his unique and personal past may remind you of your own. The author of "Influences" brings a style to fit the times. The early black-and-white photos take us back to those days with magical nostalgia. We are reminded of the music that was part of his life and the intimate memories of amateur sports. The positive influences of working at Xerox gave impetus to on-the-job training that couldn't be learned elsewhere. While some are given an open door, "the average Joe" reminds us of middle class Americans who go to work every day to support their family, without applause. An interesting, occasionally funny and always heart-warming read.
"Influences & Incentives" A real life trip through the life of an "average" Joe. The author takes you through a composite of his life mixing it with humor, nostagia, and a small sample of growing up in America while being influenced by family, co-workers, and friends. He gives you the feeling that you're reading a story about your own experiences as you relate to his.
