    This workbook is really top-notch in my eyes. Blake keeps things very clear in his explanations and examples, and he doesn't waste any time in trying to get you to the point of the exercise. Right off the bat he introduces choice to the reader. Working through declaring what you want and don't want, he invites you to take a look at your life on paper - challenging you to see whether you're experiencing more of the "want" or "don't want" side. Very simply, he then explains motivating emotions and what outcomes are available when you change your perspective on things. The workbook is simple, clear, and powerful. The exercises and challenges are insightful, and they work! They helped me challenge some of my beliefs and doubts about myself, and it's really changed how I see and experience things now.
