Imagine a time long ago called the "Iron Age of Bodybuilding." It was a time from the mid-1960's throughout the mid-1980's in which there were only small gyms with mostly a male population which lifted weights. Bodybuilding had a small, cult following and there was a great camaraderie amongst competitive bodybuilders who traveled hundreds of miles to compete for a trophy! Follow the odyssey of a drug-free bodybuilder who refused to use steroids during this early non-drug tested era and understand why he felt like, "The Last Drug-Free Bodybuilder."

Just completed reading this book and it was amazing! It’s a page turner and makes one excited and curious… to discover what comes next… with each chapter! It’s the kind of book… that you can’t put down and no matter how tired you physically get, you continue reading. Incredible! I highly recommend it… to everyone. Thank you Bob, so very much, for taking the time to write it and to share your journey with everyone. Anyone interested in bodybuilding… needs to read this book! Especially, the next generation. They only know of one way…what the current magazines sell! Bob, you continue to inspire, educate and influence… the best form of bodybuilding. And the best way… is the NATURAL WAY!
