"What the poets of are saying about "My Poetry Books by a Frightened Man"" Your three halves added up to quite a hole (couldnt' resist)... where a much too common point has been well-made in this bitter-funny write. It seems you are very involved in the game and support it with your whole heart and mind. Have a great fun :) I like your easy flow style. Reviewed by aleks75 ... Everyone here is Redskins except my 8yo and me, Eagles, if you check out my web you'll find out why. oh yes review, great game. ...............Joann Reviewed by mom of six Reviews of Runner (2006) Review: Interesting poetic decription of you, your family and life - a little unusual and scary, but I could be overly sensitive echos of me echos of me Betty. Reviewed by erombro Reviews of Unresolvable (2006) Review: ahhh...often we are pulled from despair dear friend in poetry....often waking up another day is a opportunity to be pulled from yesterdays sorrows crowning the new day today a second chance....great poem very thought provoking indeed Reviewed by denasha Review: I believe there is such a thing as being pulled from despair. I have not had to live through the things you have suffered through though. It has to be an enormous resquest that was asked for you to fill. I can empathise in some ways. To continue to have your past thoughts and experiances always with you. Especially the really bad ones. your last line....Then they took away his sun... a powerful image of living with grey all the time. Till death did he part? At least that came true And an angry bullet Ended a minute or two and that stanza... seems to me like for a few minutes, there was peace, but brought about in such anger.. perhaps compounds this feeling of despair and being lost ... I do thank son is also a marine. It is hard to know and see the toll extracted from our men and women who serve. A very moving and powerful poem you have written. God Bless... ~Tonya Reviewed by Tonyas THANK YOU to all the poets of for your reviews!< Less
