I read this book on the plane coming home from NAVC where I attended classes on social media. I was thrilled with the easy read and the non-techy approach to explaining all the different social media sites. I was already a social media user but as a veterinary practice consultant I wanted an easy way to show my practices the value of social media. Brenda has written a clear, consise, "cookbook" that anyone can use to create their social media stratagy. I have already recommended it to my practices as a purchase to keep in their business library. Good job simplifying what could be as confusing to practice owners and managers as medical jargon is to our clients!
