In a town over run by crime, one detective is transfered to clean up the city of Los Angeles. Detective Stephen Patrick is investigating on of the most dangerous men in Los Angeles named Max Bane. He also learns of his family history. After being on the case for a long time, Patrick begins to loose his mind driving him to the unthinkable.
