    "Review by a Strength Coach" This book is an excellent tool for any coach who desires to implement a strength program for a whole year. Not many publications will give this much detail, and especially not for a whole training year. I enjoyed seeing the different phases of workout, and the charts of agility drills and plyometrics were awesome as well. I would recommend any coach purchase this book for his team and athletes.
